Resume Writing Terms and Policy
Please go through the terms and policy followed by Resume Writing Inc. We have the rights to amend or update these conditions for the betterment and smooth functioning of our organization’s performance. It is solely the responsibility of customers to check and verify the terms and policy at regular intervals.
Terms of Use- As a user, you are not entitled to use the website for any unlawful purpose or any other purpose that is not reasonably proposed by us. For instance, users are not allowed to use the services: • To abuse or threaten to any other user of our company. • For any unauthorized or illegal purpose. • In such a manner that infringes any trademark, patent, copyright or any other proprietary rights of any party. • Use the services of our website in such a manner that could disable, damage, interfere, etc. with any third party’s rights.
Disclaimer- All tips and suggestions offered by the site are given in good faith. We are not entitled to suffer any loss or damage a user experiences as a result of following our advice.
Contractual terms- Contract will come into existence from the time we accept your order. We reserve the right to accept or refuse any order at any point of time. We are not answerable to anybody for refusing or accepting any order, changing any prices or withdrawing any services.
Privacy- We are committed to maintain the privacy of all information provided by the customers. For writing resumes and CVs, we ask a number of information from all our customers. We ensure that under no circumstances, the information will be disseminated or disclosed to any third party. The data that is asked by our professionals is for the sole purpose of performing our duties i.e. writing resumes, cover letters or CVs.
Entitled to provide authentic information- Whatever the information provided by customers, CV’s and resumes are prepared on that basis only. You, as a customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the information provided by you is complete, true and current.
Payment Details- Payments for availing any services from Resume Writing Inc. should be made in advance. You understand, agree and confirm that the payment details provided by you are accurate. You will not make use of any such payment mode that is not lawfully owned by you.
Refund or cancellation policy- Please note that if any order is cancelled due to any unavoidable reason, we will refund your payment within stipulated time period. Either we will send you a cheque or make a NEFT transfer. We will send the cheques on the billing address as specified by the customers.
However, in case the order is cancelled from customers’ side before it gets processed, the order will be considered as cancel and we will refund the full amount. However, if the order gets cancelled after its despatch or process, certain amount of money will be refunded only when justifiable reasons are provided.
